The Metaponto Lido is easily accessible for those arriving from the plane of Bari, which is 120 km away, or from the airport of Brindisi, which is 120 km away.

Metaponto Lido can also be reached by train, it is 1500 meters from the station of Policoro, or by car from the north along the highway 14 exit Taranto for Reggio Calabria – Metaponto, highway A3 exit Potenza, State Road 407 Potenza – Metaponto.

A curiosity with its 50,000 square meters the Acqua Azzurra Park, is one of the largest water parks in the area.
