Winemaker for a day

What lies behind each glass of Assisi DOC Organic wine? You can’t miss this unique and immersive experience!

Together we will begin a fascinating journey of discovery of our organic production method. We will guide you through each stage, starting in the vineyard, where you will learn how we cultivate with passion and respect for nature. You will continue with a tour of the winery, where we will explain all the winemaking processes, and then end with a total immersion in tasting and sensory analysis, which will allow you to recognize the differences between our organic and conventional wine. All paired with typical local products.

At the end of the experience you will receive an “Apprentice Winemaker” certificate as a memento of your experience.

The experience includes:

• Guided tour of the vineyard and visit to the winery
• Sensory analysis of wines
• Tasting of 5 selected wines (Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT)
• Mixed platter of hot bruschetta with our organic extra virgin olive oil, selection of cold cuts from Norcia and typical Umbrian cheeses, typical desserts
• Certificate of Apprentice Winemaker
