For those unfamiliar with the typical dishes of Valtellina there is the trio of first courses that allows you to taste pizzoccheri, toscanei and manfriguli, the latter a dish made with buckwheat and cheese invented right here in the ’70s.

You will also be surprised by a wide range of dishes that originate from the typical products of this land, but which have been reworked in a modern key thanks to the imagination of the Chef Diego Carnini and Giuseppe Caspani, Jim’s son-in-law and director of a solitary service and professional.
