Corte Uccellanda is an old restored agricultural court located in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Castellaro Lagusello, which obtained the orange flag of the Italian Touring Club in 2009. It is in the beautiful setting of the morainic hills of Lake Garda, in a natural oasis where you can walk and play outdoor sports in absolute tranquility. The Corte Uccellanda is a farmhouse dating back to 1908. It was renovated in order to maintain a balance between the ancient Po Valley  and contemporary innovations, with attention to details, including a beauty farm and a large outdoor pool. The courtyard is particularly appreciated by the German customers, who are fond of Lake Garda, for its tranquility and for its rooms furnished with flair that bear the name of poets and writers. Pink colours was choosen for the Saffo apartment, Empire style bedding for Julius Caesar, while for Virgil, who is at home here, the colours of the morainic hills have been chosen. Each apartment (thirteen in all) is between 50 and 80 square metres in size. The rooms are all large and furnished, with completely different colors and frescoes, with attention to detail and all equipped with kitchenware, crockery and kits. The service offered is like at the hotel and the breakfast, served in the majestic lounge on the ground floor, is included in the price, as well as parking. The services offered are: telephone, Wi-fi, hairdryer, air conditioning and TV. For lunch you can eat at the restaurant of our property “La Pesa”, trattoria where you can eat typical cooking since 1908. Corte Uccellanda is in the hinterland in the south of Lake Garda and precisely in the medieval village of Castellano Lagusello, in the municipality of Monzambano, in the province of Mantua. They are places of high landscape and historical value whose value is officially recognized internationally. Each house is dedicated to a famous historicall character, that is: Gaio Giulio Cesare, Niccolò Machiavelli, Galileo Galilei, Publio Virgilio Marone, Saffo, S. Tommaso D’Aquino,  Antonio Vivaldi, Odisseo, Ovidio Nasone and Gaio Valerio Catullo. These are “Holiday homes and apartments” built in accordance with the Lombard Regional Law. Each house has two or more beds, a fully equipped kitchen, superior toilet facilities and every other comfort.
