Cervia, a well-known location in Emilia-Romagna, overlooks one of the most beautiful areas of the Adriatic coast and its 9 km long coastline is characterized by shallow waters and a beach of fine, golden sand.
On its coast it is also possible to find its seaside hamlets, famous for the tourist offer and for their direct view on the coast: Milano Marittima, Pinarella and Tagliata.
Cervia has a vast heritage of green areas and a tourism development in harmony with the environment that led the city have the EMAS brand and since 1998 the coveted Blue Flag award.

The Magazzini del Sale, now a venue for exhibitions and MUSA Salt Museum, the San Michele Tower and the Cathedral are its most significant emblems.

In the millennial pinewoods there are the Cervia Thermal Baths, at the forefront of programs and therapies, thanks also to the Cervia Salina where liman or lagoon mud is extracted, very precious for health together with the mother water.

Cervia and its hamlets allow visitors to observe also different historical and natural beauties, easy to reach, such as: the Salina Park, the Butterfly Park and the Natural Park.
The sweet salt of Cervia, a Slow Food presidium, characterizes the gastronomy also proposing specialties like salt chocolate. Once in Cervia you cannot miss the Romagna piadina, passatelli, tortelli and a nice glass of Sangiovese. White wine instead for grilled blue fish. For dessert, albana and donut.
