Brusadela: special round flatbread, typical of Romagnese. Its origin is purely coincidental. Once upon a time, to check the temperature of the wood-burning ovens where bread was baked, a small ball of dough was inserted first. Out of it came a burnt scone, hence the name brusadela. It can be enjoyed accompanied by typical cold cuts and wine.

Sabiosa cake: born about 80 years ago in Romagnese, it became the iconic dessert of the Tidone Valley thanks to a recipe from Turin reworked by Dina Zambarbieri in the mid-1930s.
However, the Sabiosa cake was officially born in 1957 with the opening of the store by Maria Diamanti, who decided to reveal only some of the ingredients. It is a cake that differs from the classic torta paradiso in that it remains softer and for that very reason requires much more time in the preparation stage.

Salame di Varzi DOP: Produced by the "Salumificio Romagnese" which is one of the seven production points of Salame di Varzi DOP, it represents a real gastronomic gem of our valley.
