The menu also includes the famous sardines dried in the sun using the ancient Monte Isolan method, and among the fish that most populate the lake, they offer whitefish, char and perch cooked in different ways.
Cold cuts produced directly in Monte Isola including the famous salami; Brescian cheeses such as Casolet, Silter DOP and Bagòss (Slow Food Presidium).
A small part of the menu is also dedicated to some tasty all-vegetable dishes to meet the needs of vegetarians and vegans or those who simply want an alternative to meat and fish.
