L’Elisir del Poeta is a lovely restaurant in Santo Stefano di Sessanio that, through its dishes, tells its story day by day and its passion for tradition, through ancient recipes of the past reproposed to today with a simple and genuine cuisine. The quality of the raw materials are largely from their countryside, the excellences of the territory, the wonderful officinal wild herbs that the mountain pays homage to.
