The philosophy of the “kitchen without burners” is based on dishes that do not need cooking and which must be enhanced for their peculiarities, setting the guarantee of high quality products as the basis of the concept.
The foods are processed as little as possible and, in the internal and external rooms surrounded by greenery and by the quiet of the nearby river Limbraga, within the Storga Park, you can taste fish crudités, marinated and smoked fish, but also dishes of the kitchen traditional and local.
