Azienda Agricola di Soiano is nestled in a breathtaking landscape setting in the heart of Tuscany, specifically in the Chianti region, where it overlooks the hills and the edge of the Balze nature reserve. This area, particularly suited to the cultivation of olive trees, is home to an olive grove that covers 15 hectares of land, 8 of which are dedicated to olive groves cultivated on terraces that beautify the western slope of Pratomagno.
Founded in 1983 out of Luigi’s passion for olive growing, the farm faced a significant challenge in 1985 due to a frost that severely damaged the olive trees, necessitating the replanting of almost all the trees. Despite this setback, the company managed to pick itself up and continue on its path with renewed enthusiasm and commitment.
A flagship product of the Soiano Farm is VerdeOro di Soiano Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, an oil of extraordinary quality that stands out for its intense flavor, color and aroma. This oil is made from healthy, selected olives, harvested at the right degree of ripeness and cold-processed within 24 hours of harvesting. In this way, the oil keeps all its organoleptic properties intact, preserving the pungent taste that is typical of the Tuscan land.
VerdeOro di Soiano is an organic oil, produced with total respect for the natural cycles of the earth, without the use of pesticides or pesticides, thanks to the natural fertility of the soil.
