Since 1979 the Cooperativa Allevatori Valle d’Itria CAVI has been working with appreciated professionalism and experience in the Murgia dei Trulli. This land is constantly kissed by the sun and rich of reosurces. The hard work of our farmers has been making it fertile and productive. It is the jealous guardian of ancient taste products and traditions from which our company draws the culture of authenticity. Cows’ milk from the Murge pastures is the flagship of this cheese factory and it is used to make the delightful cheeses of the Valle d’Itria.
