We are located in San Pietro di Feletto (TV) we are a family-run production company of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG denomination whose hills have recently been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The awareness of having in our hands a natural, landscape and environmental heritage now universally recognized, has led us to consider the opportunity to transform the grapes harvested from the different vineyards located in the area of the denomination of ownership and rent, into sparkling wine. The management of the vineyards, with plants up to sixty years old, takes place mainly in San Pietro di Feletto and Solighetto in the DOCG area, therefore, we follow advanced integrated production strategies, in other words, agronomic techniques close to organic farming are preferred. As far as winemaking is concerned, given the soil and microclimate peculiarities of the individual vineyards, the company uses protocols to maintain the typicality of the production areas, therefore outside the logic of standardization of products. The production is divided into three types:

  • Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry. Straw yellow colour, a sparkling wine with a good structure and excellent taste balance, it has an elegant, persistent but not intrusive, non-trivial bubble. It distinguishes itself from other wines thanks to the hints of apple, pear and spices and the excellent flavour to be eaten fresh throughout the meal, especially aperitifs and desserts.
  • Canago, Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut. Elegant, well-balanced on the palate, excellent persistence, straw yellow colour, fine and persistent perlage, fruity and slightly vegetal final taste. To be eaten fresh and throughout the meal with traditional Venetian dishes, sausages, first courses, white meat and fish (Canago is the old term used to identify the area where we are now Rua. In the historical maps we find it until 1633).
  • ‘Ergine, Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Millesimato 2019 Extra Brut. In the mouth it is dry, (in the fermentation phase for the taking of foam no dosage of sugar was necessary) with fruity notes slightly citrusy, the nose hits the intense floral scents typical of the wines of the Feletto area. For a Prosecco it has an excellent structure that guarantees a long persistence in the mouth. To be eaten throughout the meal in particular sliced meats, first courses, vegetable risottos, white meats, boiled meats in particular pork (ossada de porzel), fish. (‘Ergine is the nickname of our father)

This is who we are: we are in the territory, we live in the territory, we produce in the territory and we want our products to be the soul as well as the mirror of all this. It is no coincidence that our company logo reproduces the fern from which the toponym “Feletto” derives from the Latin “filix icis” place covered with ferns. By choice our Prosecco are only DOCG (Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita) – this is because we want the consumer to be offered an authentic wine.
All our production is certified with the National Quality System of Integrated Production (SQNPI) following the most restrictive directives of the local authorities and the Consortium for the Protection of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
