The Scagliotti Edoardo Farm is based at the historic Cascina Musella, near the village of Fontanetto Po, within the nature reserve of the Parco Fluviale del Po e dell’Orba. A marsh habitat of great interest, where rice-growing environments have been affected by profound transformations due to the mechanization of cultivation and the emergence of cultivation techniques that are less compatible with the ecological needs of many aquatic species. Inside the San Genuario Swamp Reserve, the company follows a complete production cycle, ranging from seed selection to the sale of the finished product on site and online.
